Mindfulness is another technique to increase our awareness. Strengthens mental health and emotion control. Helps control stress and anxiety, eliminates insomnia. Improves interpersonal relationships, the development of empathy and emotional intelligence, etc.

Description

Suitable for adults and young people from 7 years.

Material: wear comfortable clothes

Duration: 1 hour

Availability: to be specified according to demand

Languages in which you can do the activity: Catalan, Spanish

Location: In our center of Escaldes or in old part of Engordany, next to the river.

Observations:

60′ = 25 € / Person

Children and young people up to 16 years old, 50% discount

 Minimum 3 people
