Description

Mindfulness is a lifestyle that allows you to enjoy everything you have here and now. This is the only time that really gives you peace of mind, thus avoiding living in the past or projected into the future, states that generate stress and anxiety that both harm our health. We will reflect and carry out activities where you will give yourself all that tension that is the protagonist of your daily life, thus learning the key tools to live in greater harmony with yourself and those around you.
